Unbreakable - The Greatest Hits Vol. 1 was the fourth album and first greatest hits album by Irish boyband Westlife and was released on 11 November 2002. It peaked at #1 in the UK and at #66 in Australia and sold close to 1.4 million copies in the UK alone. It is also the band's longest charting album. The album was the 9th best selling of 2002 in the UK. It managed to re-enter the 2007 UK Year-end albums chart at #107. On October 2008, IFPI announced that this album is already 2x Platinum or exceeding to two million sales in Europe. On UK Year-end 2008 album charts, the said album re-entered at #79 with 191 000 copies sold with the said year only.
The album consists of their past hit singles along with the following 6 new songs. First, "How Does It Feel" (Producer, Arranged By, Mixed By - Steve Mac; Written By - McFadden, Filan, Romdhane, Larossi). "Love Takes Two" (Steve Mac, Wayne Hector). The band's hit single "Flying Without Wings" was re-recorded as a duet with Korean superstar BoA and Cristian Castro, and was included on the Asian and Spanish version of the album respectively. The first single released from the album was "Unbreakable", a UK #1 single. The second single, "Tonight/Miss You Nights" peaked at #3 in the UK. The song "Written in the Stars" was sampled by DJ Ironik for his song "Stay with Me", released in 2008.
